I just started my business. Can you help promote it?

We absolutely can!

Our Social Media Marketing and Local SEO services can take your business from being “unknown” to completely visible. Obviously research has to be done regarding the best approach for your industry, but we will come up with a plan to drive more traffic to your business and potential customers to your business.

What happens after I sign-up? Is there a contract?

Great question. After you sign up, we will email our service agreement over for you to e-sign (you can download a copy here). We will also send an email over with the link to the secure Google drive folder, where you will be able to add any files, images, etc. relating to your website.

That’s all! You will send your requests to helpdesk@webmasteronsite.com and our team will get right to work!

How is this better than hiring a Webmaster or Web Developer full time?

Honestly it depends on how you prefer to run your business. As far as value goes, we provide 24/7 monitoring of your website and servers. We know within 5 seconds of an interruption, and move to correct it immediately. In addition, we have our core operating hours in which we do content updates, malware scans, on-page SEO, and other tasks as requested. We are an on-demand service, so you don’t have to worry about certain things you would with a traditional employee.

Cost-wise we will always be a better value than hiring a webmaster or web content manager on a full-time basis. Here’s an example. Lets say you found a person to handle your website maintenance (content updates, security issues, on-page SEO, web development, design, etc.). On a full-time basis at 40 hours per week, You would have to handle payroll, sick time, vacation-time, health & retirement benefits, etc. On the other hand, you could go with our managed services team, which provides 24/7 monitoring and full webmaster & web development services to you each month, and doesn’t require any of the standard items a regular employee does.

How does a online/virtual service like this work?

It works the same as any other service for the most part. The main difference is that we do not require physical space at your location to perform services. Everything is done online. You send service requests to our helpdesk@webmasteronsite.com and we perform them as requested. Not only is outsourcing your website and online marketing cost effective, it allows for quicker service at times too. No waiting for a developer to come back from lunch break, or vacation 🙂

We are located in the United States. Specifically Hyattsville, Maryland. We also have team members in other parts of the US.

Are these services on annual contract or month-to-month?

Our services are delivered on a month-to-month basis. No annual terms.

Is my payment information safe?

We process payments through ChargeBee’s secure platform with Stripe integration. All of your payment information is protected through bank level encryption. We also we Paypal Invoicing for Web Design work and Website task Invoicing.

Can I be invoiced Instead?

We allow payment via invoice for Nonprofit organizations. If this is something you are interested in, please send us an email via our Contact page.

Do you manage multi-sites?

Yes we do. Our Ultimate plan covers businesses with multiple websites or multi-sites within 1 main website.

Can I freeze my service if I won't need assistance?

We allow a 1 time 30 day short-term freeze on service. We understand things may change regarding your business needs. In the even you will need a longer freeze on your account, please send us an email at info@webmasteronsite.com

What content management systems do you work with?

We currently have clients using WordPress, Squarespace, Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, Weebly and Wix. However, we are not limited to these. Feel free to send us an email inquiry if you have questions regarding any specific CMS prior to starting your service.

If my website is not hosted with a CMS. Can you still manage it for me?

We sure can! While having a website on a Content management system provides for more organized management, we are well-versed in several web languages (including HTML, CSS & JavaScript).

Your pricing changed. As a current customer, will this affect me?

Absolutely not. You will remain at the same price no matter how our pricing structure changes. You will always be “grandfathered in” at your current rate.

How do I cancel my service?

You can cancel by emailing us directly through our Contact page, or by logging in to our Client portal here and unsubscribing to our service. Upon cancellation, we will email over a reminder to revoke any access we have to your website(s). We will also transfer any content not yet published back over to you via secure web link. Anything not downloaded within 180 days will be deleted from our servers.
