It’s easy to get started. Simply go to our Pricing page, select our Website Maintenance Plan, and click on the “Get Started” button. From there you will be redirected to the payment processing page. (We handle all payments through ChargeBee w/ Stripe integration). 

This varies per task. For instance, changing a date on an event calendar could take 5 minutes. While adding a custom code block to your website could take several hours. Either way, as soon as the request comes in we’ll get back to you with an estimated time for completion.

While we make customizations to your current website, we are not a web design firm. However, if you have a new company without a website, we can assist you in building one on the WordPress platform. (Only for website maintenance plan customers, additional fees apply.) 

We support WordPress, Squarespace, Weebly, Wix, Shopify, Magento and HTML coded websites. (This may change in the future).

If you’ve got a website managed in something else (Django, Drupal, etc.) send us a message. We might be able to manage your website if it has a CMS.

No we do not. However, we can provide recommendations for our clients.
