How Do I Get Started?
It’s easy to get started. Simply go to our Pricing page, select the monthly website maintenance plan that works best for your business, and click on the “Subscribe” button. From there you will be redirected to the payment processing page. (We handle all payments through ChargeBee).

How Fast Do Webmaster Requests Get Completed?
This varies per request. For instance, changing a date on an event calendar could take 5 minutes. While adding a custom code block to your website could take several hours. Either way, as soon as the request comes in we’ll get back to you with an estimated time for completion.
Do You Offer Web Design Services?
While we make custom items and make edits to your current website, we are not a web design firm. However, if you have a new company without a website, we can assist you in building one on a CMS platform. (Only for website maintenance plan customers, additional fees apply.)
Do I Need To Change Web Hosting Companies To Use Your Service?
Nope! You can continue you to use the web hosting provider of your choice. If you have a plan that allows us to access the cPanel (backend/server) side of your website, then we would require access for maintenance and backup purposes.
However, if you were interested in switching web hosting providers, we definitely could assist with that.
What Kind of Websites Do You Support?
We support WordPress, Squarespace, Weebly, Wix, Shopify, Magento and HTML coded websites. (This may change in the future).
If you’ve got a website managed in something else (Django, Drupal, etc.) send us a message. We might be able to manage your website if it has a CMS we are familiar with.
Do You Offer Discounts For Non-Profit Organizations?
Can You Help Us Reach New Customers?
While our “Standard” & “Complete” website maintenance plans actually include On-Page SEO and Ad Campaign Services, we cannot guarantee new customers to any of our clients.
Now with that said, we can definitely help to get your business in front of more “potential” customers!
What Are Your Core Operating Hours?
Our core hours include the period of time phone support is available. Technically, we are available to our clients 24/7 via email and typically reply within 2 hours of receiving a new request.
Hours of Operation:
M – F: 9am to 6pm (Phone hours) – 24 hour web support
Sat & Sun: 24 hour web support – Phone support for emergencies only

My Site Doesn't Change Much. Is Your Service Worth It For Me?

And It definitely won’t stop a would-be hacker from attempting to inject malicious code into your database. We monitor your website for items like this on a 24/7 basis, to prevent anything harmful from happening to it. We also look for ways to make your website more efficient, including increasing load speed and making sure search engines can find you easily.
